CERT hosted its annual conference on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 22-23, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport in Dallas, Tex. Over the two-day conference, attendees heard presentations from industry professionals, an attorney and members on various timely topics affecting consulting estimators and the profession. The program provided an ideal opportunity for members, estimators and vendors to gather, network, hear educational presentations, socialize and discuss challenges confronting their practice and how they deal with them. Members and guests were treated to a pre-conference private tour of The Star, the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and training facility in Frisco, Texas.

“The event was very successful,” said David Battle, FCPE of Pre Construction Services and President of CERT. “The speakers were excellent, the topics were very relevant and the venue was ideal. We also welcomed new members who attended and enjoyed the conference.”
